Because Garrett CoWorking Center is a community of working professionals seeking to accomplish the greatest good for each business here in a spirit of positivity and cooperation, I accept the following Terms and Conditions as part of my rental agreement for coworking space at Garrett CoWorking Center:
1) I understand that my Membership ID Card is only for my personal access to Garrett CoWorking Center only and cannot be shared with or given to any other person (member or non-member) for their personal access to or use of my rental space at Garrett CoWorking Center. I understand that doing so is grounds for immediate termination of my rental agreement. I also understand that losing my Membership ID Card will result in an additional $25 charge for me to receive a new ID Card.
2) My visitors on the premises of Garrett CoWorking Center will be business associates of up to and including no more than 6 total at one time, who are here to conduct legal business meetings, or to deliver goods or services to my business. My visitors will not be children under the age of 18 nor any type of animal.
3) My demeanor while on the premises of Garrett CoWorking Center will at all times remain calm and professional.
4) I will be sensitive to the health needs of my coworkers at Garrett Office Center by never smoking while inside the building.
5) I will be sensitive to the privacy of my coworking professionals at Garrett Office Center.
6) I will maintain a noise level that is sensitive to the needs of other coworking members.
7) I will not replace, remove, or modify the space I am renting nor any of the equipment in it, including doors, furniture, or business equipment. I may, however, add business equipment or furniture (if in an office) required to conduct my business.
8) I will not use or borrow the equipment and supplies of Garrett CoWorking Center or my coworkers for my own personal use.
9) I will provide my own copy paper to use in the provided business printer at Garrett CoWorking Center.
10) I will keep my space as well as the community spaces (lobby, conference room, kitchen, and bathrooms) in Garrett CoWorking Center tidy and free of debris to maintain a professional working environment. I will not eat in any area other than the kitchen or my private office. I will dispose of all food containers and debris only in the kitchen waste receptacle.
11) I understand that this plan renews automatically each month. To change or cancel my plan, I will send an email 10 days prior to my desired cancellation date to craigl@leinickegroup.com to notify Garrett CoWorking Center of my cancellation.
12) I understand that once I cancel my plan or my credit card is no longer valid to pay for my plan, I will no longer have access to Garrett CoWorking Center nor any business equipment or furniture I may have left inside.
13) Any use of the Garrett CoWorking Center other than outlined above is not permitted and shall constitute cause for termination of my Plan.
